VCI film
VCI film is a mixture of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) with VCI Powder and protects the metal by the VCI Powder present in the film.
The target metal is wrapped in sheets, bags, boxes, etc., which protects the product for up to 5 years until all exposed and undersized areas are packaged once with VCI vaporized and without antirust oil or grease application.

Features of VCI FILM
- It is strong against base, moisture, high temperature and various specifications.
- It is convenient to check the storage status after the package contents are shown.
- VCI has a long life span of up to 5 years.
- Vaporizing rust inhibitors contained in the film vaporize and surround the metal to reduce corrosion.
- Vaporized VCI dissolves slowly on extremely fine water on the metal surface to exert anti-corrosive effect.
- The dissolved rusting gas is molecularly or ionized and adsorbed on the metal surface to rust the metal.
- When opening the VCI rust-proof wrapper and exposing it to the outside, the VCI is regenerated within 2 hours and returned to a clean and dry state before the packaging.

How to use and store VCI film
- Since the main ingredient of VCI FILM is vaporized after a lapse of time,
it is recommended to use the storage place early in the place where there is no direct sunlight. - Store in a dry place.
- Do not place fingerprints on objects when packing.
- Wash hands after handling VCI film.

Features of 2LAYER VCI FILM
The outer surface is made of double-layered film with outer surface without VCI agent and inner surface with VCI agent added, so that the worker is not exposed to VCI agent.
